Life can be overwhelming — especially when you're carrying anxiety, depression, burnout, loss, confusion about identity, or emotional pain that’s hard to put into words. Maybe you're a professional juggling pressure and self-doubt, someone navigating neurodivergence or big life transitions, or you're exploring questions around sexuality, relationships, or who you truly are.
You don't have to do it alone.
I offer a calm, grounded, and non-judgemental space where you can feel fully seen and supported — at your own pace, and on your own terms. My approach is person-centred, meaning I place deep trust in your capacity to grow and heal, while walking alongside you with empathy, insight, and encouragement. I offer in-person therapy in Streatham and Brixton in South London and online to anywhere in the UK.

Sessions start from £45 / hour (online) and from £55 / hour face to face.

About me
I am a psychotherapist in training, with membership of the UK Council for Psychotherapy. Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in science, academia, and public service leadership. These experiences inform the way I understand stress, overw-whelm, responsibility, and the search for meaning in complex systems — including our inner lives. I bring this depth to my therapeutic work, while always keeping the focus on you and your unique experience.I have a Foundation Certificate in psychotherapy from Regents University, London, and am completing a Masters Programme (Year 3) in Person-Centred Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. I also have a PhD in neuroscience (epilepsy) from UCL (2004). As a psychotherapist, I am required to have regular supervision where my anonymised client work is reviewed on a regular basis. I adhere to the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
